Mississippi River

The sunset on the river today was interesting because of the many shades of blue, gray and gold. The two shots below are of a ship going down river and a two being pushed up river. The golden light was beautiful on both.

Nothing short of spectacular. It would be so much fun to watch ocean-going ships. It would almost be worth giving up the snow. What am I saying! Of course it wouldn't. Anyway, wonderful sunset picture.
